Houghton Hall is the flagship of our company and is no ordinary store.
Spread over 3 levels, with a main level home to core gardening, gift shop, clothing, the Topiary Restaurant, Cafe Eden and the Eden Food Hall and Butchers; a second floor mezzanine displaying garden furniture and outdoor living and a basement level housing the World in Miniature Museum and the Craft Shop.
The outdoor plant area has been created from the original walled kitchen garden of Houghton Hall and is the perfect setting for choosing plants.
Nestled in the heart of Southern Scotland, Moffat is a vibrant, bustling town offering the warmest of Scottish welcomes. Moffat lies just 3 minutes from the A74(M), making it a great place to visit and the perfect base for your trip around Dumfries and Galloway and the Scottish Borders - a beautiful and unspoiled part of Scotland.
Moffat is an attractive town, a coaching stop and a Conservation Area with a rich heritage and history and a thriving cultural and creative scene. While you're here, you'll want to call in to the newly refurbished Moffat Museum and find out more about the fascinating story of our town.
We've got theatres, art galleries and shops galore. Moffat has a thriving music scene and a whole host of fun events throughout the year - from the annual Moffat Gala to the now world-famous Moffat Sheep Races.
St Mary's Loch is situated 72 miles south of Edinburgh in the Scottish Borders on the A708 road between Selkirk and Moffat.
Come and enjoy a relaxing walk and explore the beautiful Yarrow Valley around the Border's largest natural loch. The loch is right at the historic hunting ground Ettrick Forest, a place where William Wallace would rally his allies to come together to raid the nearby English settlements. It is also a perfect setting for visitors to book holiday accommodation and take part in activities such as cycling, walking, sailing, watersports and fishing.
